Ezconn's employee benefits are divided into company welfare measures and welfare committee welfare measures.
All benefits are communicated to employees through announcements, company website, or email to ensure employees are informed and can apply for them.
Company Benefits
Company-provided benefits include: Regular health examinations, group insurance, business travel insurance, meal subsidies, year-end bonuses, performance bonuses, etc.
Employee Welfare Committee Programs
Welfare committee benefits include: Clubs and family days, employee trips, birthday gifts, various subsidies (wedding and funeral ceremonies, children's scholarships, etc.).

The company provides diversified training courses and on-the-job education to develop employees.
退休制度
Ezconn provides a comprehensive retirement system in compliance with labor regulations, ensuring both new and old pension schemes are properly implemented to safeguard employees’ long-term benefits.
New Pension System
According to the "Labor Pension Act (New Labor Pension System)," the company contributes 6% of employees' monthly salary to retirement funds stored in individual labor pension accounts established by the Bureau of Labor Insurance. Employees may also voluntarily contribute up to 6% of their monthly wages, which can be fully deducted from their annual comprehensive income tax.
Old Pension Support
For employees under the old system, the company contributes 2% of employees' taxable salary monthly to the old-system retirement reserve fund account at the Trust Department of Bank of Taiwan, in accordance with the "Labor Standards Act (Old Labor Pension System)," to meet current employees' retirement needs.
