This questionnaire evaluates sustainability topics across three main dimensions: Environmental, Social, and Economic & Governance. Please rate each topic from 1 (lowest concern) to 5 (highest concern).
Greenhouse gas emissions generated during EZconn's production or operation processes, and related carbon reduction management actions.
Energy consumption, renewable energy use, energy efficiency, and related energy-saving plans and measures.
Waste generation, treatment methods, and related waste reduction plans and actions.
Practices to avoid ecological damage during operations, and measures to protect natural habitats and ecosystems.
Customer satisfaction surveys, communication channels, and customer relationship management.
Workplace safety, employee health promotion, and occupational accident prevention management.
Employee communication channels (including grievance mechanisms), interaction effectiveness, and protection of employee rights.
Education and training policies and programs for employees (including junior employees and managers), training hours, promotion systems, and performance evaluation.
Employee recruitment and turnover rates, compensation systems, and welfare policies and programs.
